PaperGenie (operated by Potential Tutorial) sells digital access only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

1. How your plan is delivered

• Your plan is activated instantly on your PaperGenie account after the payment is successful.
• You can use it straight away on the website papergenie.in and in the PaperGenie app by signing in with the same account.
• The papers you generate are delivered as PDF files that you download and print yourself.

2. If activation is delayed

In rare cases (for example, a delay from the bank or payment network) activation can take up to 24 hours. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your registered mobile number or email and the Razorpay payment ID and we will activate it or refund you as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
