These terms are an agreement between you and Potential Tutorial, 372, Gayatri Nagar-A, Maharani Farm, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018, India (“we”, “us”), for using PaperGenie on papergenie.in and in the PaperGenie app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

PaperGenie lets teachers and institutes select questions from our question bank and generate question papers as PDF files. Free access includes selected chapters; paid plans unlock the subjects or courses described at the time of purchase.

2. Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your login (mobile OTP or Google account) secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal to you or your institute and must not be shared or resold.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the Service.

3. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website and in the app before you pay. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A plan is activated after the payment is successful.
• Each plan is valid for the period shown at the time of purchase (for example, one year). Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Use of content

• The question bank, software, design and brand belong to Potential Tutorial or its licensors. Some questions are based on publicly available textbooks such as NCERT; their rights remain with their owners.
• You may print and use the papers you generate for teaching, tests and exams in your own school or institute.
• You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or sell the question bank or the Service, or share paid access with others.
• You are responsible for the logos, names and other material you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security, overload the servers, reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep questions and answers accurate, but mistakes can happen. Please review papers before use and report errors to us. The Service is provided “as is”; we try to keep it available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms; the latest version is always on this page. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Delete Account).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
